Soft Skills Training of Trainers-2023
Outward Round Romania owns the Erasmus+ Accreditation in the field of Youth since 2020. We created an action plan for the period 2021-2027 for the following target groups: disadvantaged and mainstream young persons, youth workers and youth NGOs.
During the 7 years we are going to:
- create a strong local and international network of youth NGOs in order to share best practices and working methods.
- develop the soft and hard skills of the youth workers, enlarge their toolkits and theoretical/practical knowledge about working with groups using non-formal methods
- develop the key competences, raise the awareness of the young persons about environmental sustainability and contribute to their inclusion
During the first year we implemented the following Mobilities in order to contribute to the set objectives:

- Hard Skills Training of Trainers: 02-13.08.2022
- Life Skills Development Youth Exchange: 16-27.08.2022
- Soft Skills Training of Trainers: 10-21.01.2023
All the Mobilities are co-financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union

Our main goal:
The aim of the program is to bring in-depth knowledge through practice & experience to the participants of the training on how to create a sustainable communicational (work-)environment, where participants learn how to communicate, cooperate and all together: to perform under pressure.
The elements of the program: ice breakers, energizers, personal development processes, team building&problem solving, navigation, preparation activities for the expedition, the expedition, debriefing the expedition, land art, sharing sessions about their methods, tools and organizations, reflection activities in groups, pairs, solo time, closing activities
Results:
- widen knowledge about the motivation and facilitation of youth groups
- developed theoretical and practical knowledge about the scale of cooperation methodology
- developed communicational (presentation, debriefing) skills
- better overview how to involve the disadvantaged and fewer opportunities youngsters in international non-formal education programs
